Spacious apartment with garden near the sea

Spacious, two-floor apartment located in Punta, quiet, residential area of Umag. The accomodation is situated approx 200m from the sea and 1 km from the town centre.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. Please contact our Customer Service if it contains any gaps.

The apartment is 102 m2 in size + terrace of 9 m2 and a garden, sleeps 6-8 people and has 3 star rating.

It consists of a living room with acces to terrace and garden, kitchen with dining area, one bedroom with one single bed and one double bed, second bedroom with three beds, and two bathrooms. In the living room there is a couch and armchair, which can be turned into beds.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, safe, central heating, flat screen TV (Croatian and free to air satellite channels), oven, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. Free WiFi Internet is provided.

The apartment is only 200m far from the sea and 1km from the town centre.

Sports centre Stella Maris is a few hundred meters away, where the oldest ATP tournament in Croatia – Croatia Open Umag is held every summer.

Punta boasts many sports facilities, hotels, swimming pools and a marina.

ATP tennis center only a few hundred meters away.
