Nisi Living Concept are 6 fantastic brand-new properties designed in a unique Scandinavian architecture with unique Greek details. They are located in the heart of Ialysos, only a 5-minute walk from the nearest incredible beach of Ialysos. All of the boutiques have all comforts and private swimming pools and patios in a minimalistic and simplistic design. There is a BBQ installation. Each property accommodates up to 2, 6 or 7 guests.Karpathos hosts up to 7 guests. On the first floor, it has 2 beautiful airconditioned bedrooms with a double bed in a unique decoration. One of these bedrooms has a bathroom with a shower. Also, there is a bedroom with a single bed. Also, there is another bathroom with a shower and a WC. On the ground floor there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation accompanied by the seating area and the living room. In the same area, there is a double bed. There’s a smart TV and free WIFI access throughout the property. Outdoors, there’s a private swimming pool with sunbeds, a pergola and a seating area where you can relax under the rays of the Aegean sun. You can spend your time by your private swimming pool or enjoy a fresh meal prepared in the sharing BBQ installation and the wood oven. Also, there is a sharing outdoor seating area. In the basement, all of the boutiques except for Chalki have leading stairs and doors to the parking area. You can lock your door throughout your stay.
