Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), fan. Small kitchenette (4 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 sleeping facilities (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm). Balcony 5 m2. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the valley and the swimming pool. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking space n 140 (1 car). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
