This furnished holiday home is on the ground floor of a three-storey building in a secure, guarded holiday residence in a village on the edge of vineyards.Ground-floor flat with terrace, communal swimming pool and children's pool, in a guarded residence near Saint-Tropez.
The renovated 30 m² flat sleeps four people. It comprises a bedroom with double bed, a living room with TV, DVD player and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette integrated into the living room. There is also a large double sofa bed. There is a toilet and a bathroom with washbasin and bath.
The flat is complemented by a parking space and a furnished terrace surrounded by a hedge, offering a high degree of privacy. A large communal swimming pool is available to guests of the residence. There is also a small children's pool.
The shops are all within a short distance of the flat. The town centre is just 500 m away. The small town is set in a natural landscape with fantastic beaches, such as Gigaro beach. The islands of Levant and Port-Cros lie opposite. Saint-Tropez and Port Grimaud, the "Venice of Provence", are not far away. A day trip there is highly recommended.
The flat is not wheelchair accessible.
