Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 20 m2, roofed, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking (fenced). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The barbecue is in the rear courtyard of the house, by the kitchen. Sea view from the 1st floor of the villa.
