Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 18 m2, north-west facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Parking spaces in the residence are limited. Access to the terrace is down 3 steps. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
