Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 induction hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Air-conditioning. Small balcony 4 m2. Of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, no lift. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
