Exit to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with bar. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms 11 m2, each room with 2 beds (90 cm). Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Small balcony 3 m2, terrace 17 m2, terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Due to water restrictions implemented in response to drought conditions in certain regions of France, please be aware that the swimming pool may remain closed until the legal restrictions allowing the filling and replenishment of water in private swimming pools and ponds are lifted.
