Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Large terrace 40 m2, west facing position and north-west facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Due to water restrictions implemented in response to drought conditions in certain regions of France, please be aware that the swimming pool may remain closed until the legal restrictions allowing the filling and replenishment of water in private swimming pools and ponds are lifted.
