WC's, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Upper floor: gallery with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Large terrace 40 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Due to water restrictions implemented in response to drought conditions in certain regions of France, please be aware that the swimming pool may remain closed until the legal restrictions allowing the filling and replenishment of water in private swimming pools and ponds are lifted. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
