Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. No heating option. Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 4. Please note: 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
