Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin and shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Living room with TV (flat screen). Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Terrace 30 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
