Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Office with sloping ceilings. Terrace 15 m2, terrace 20 m2, garden 700 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
