This holiday apartment is set in approx. 1000 m ² of enclosed grounds on a gently sloping hillside and offers stunning views over the sea and mountains
The holiday cottage comprises of two apartments and enjoys a quiet location. Only one flat is rented at a time so that holiday guests can always enjoy the house to themselves. The apartment is on the first floor and features approx. 80 m² of living space. It has an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine and fridge/freezer combination. There are two bedrooms, one is furnished with a Grand lit bed (190cm x150cm) for two persons and has a shower/toilet, and the second bedroom has three single beds (190cm x 90cm) with bathroom/toilet. A washing machine is also available. You can use the satellite TV and WiFi.
There are two covered balconies. The apartment with its own swimming pool boasts a pool terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, and an additional terrace. Parking space is available on a shady car park.
You will find a supermarket and restaurants (Spanish, Italian and Chinese) only approx. two kilometres away from the apartment.
