Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the terrace. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. HUTG013268

Sector Empuries: Very simple house "Delta 1", 3 storeys, semi-detached. Outside the resort, 1.7 km from the centre of L'Escala, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house.
