Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Terrace 100 m2. Barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Villa with private pool which is protected for small children.

It has 4 double bedrooms, all of them with air conditioning.

Living room with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and direct access to the porch next to the pool.
Large dining kitchen, fully equipped with gas hob and ceramic hob, in the same area there is a small
living room with satellite tv that has access to a backyard where there are lemon and orange trees.
Comfortable exterior with leisure area where there is a built-in barbecue, billiards and a pool of 6 x 3m,
in addition to other fruit trees such as banana and loquat.
At the back of the house there is a parking space, but it is an easy outdoor parking area.
