The holiday home is built in typical Ibicencan style and completely renovated. It offers an unforgettable view of the sea and the sunsets at sunset.
The terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers and a cosy corner to relax.
It is comfortably furnished and has a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, air conditioning and WiFi in the house.
The nearest beach is only one kilometre away, but the popular beaches of Cala Vadella, Cala Conta, Cala D'Hort and Cala Tarida are also within walking distance. On the promenade there are several restaurants and beach bars.
Late arrival: If you arrive after midnight, the amount shown in the additional costs will be charged by the owner. The owner recommends renting a car locally. Bed linen is made of organic cotton. The organic and fragrance-free cleanliness of the bed linen and towels makes them suitable for allergy sufferers. This holiday accommodation is not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility.
