The traditional Canary Islands house is situated between Moya and Fontanales. It is a rural area, very quiet and relaxing and you can walk around or bike easily. The house is only two kilometres away from La Reserva Natural de Los Tilos de Moya and inside Parque Rural Doramas. It is also very well located and you can get to the beach in 15 minutes.
Outside there is a terrace of over 100 square meters, with hammocks, chairs, tables, umbrellas, garden furniture and barbecue. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi. A garden with native plants is located on the other side of the house
The house has 100 meters of living space in an area of around 1000 meters. It has one living room and one living room/kitchen. In one of the living rooms there is a sofa for two persons. In the living room you can find a TV with digital and ASTRA, dvd player and stereo music with films and dvds, as well as a small bibliotheque with books in different languages. The kitchen has microwave, fridge, coffee machine, etc. The house also has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed, two bathrooms, both with bath tub and a game room with billard table and table football. The whole house has three meters ceilings and wooden roof.
The house is located fifteen minutes from the coast and in the mountains, just two kilometers from the nature reserve Los Tilos de Moya and within the Dorama park. It is perfect for relaxing and hiking and a perfect place from which you can explore the island. The villages and Moya Fontanales are known for their gastronomy.
