In the house: central heating system, air conditioning. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 1 km, supermarket, restaurant 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 25 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
