The house is located in Residence Las Brisas in a very quiet area just 10 minutes from the beach.

The house features 2 bedrooms on the first floor. There is air conditioning throughout. The master bedroom has an extra-large king-size bed 1.80 metres wide. The second bedroom also has a double bed 1.60 metres wide.
The kitchen is equipped with top quality appliances (Bosh) including 3 types of coffee machines as well as a washer and dryer. There is air conditioning throughout. The living room has a lounge and Smart TV with Netflix. WIFI free of charge.

There is a terrace with dining table, 2 sun loungers and a parasol. There is also an extra parasol to take to the beach. The terrace is enclosed and has lots of privacy. There is a large communal pool with jacuzzi located right by the accommodation with outdoor shower. There is a parking space downstairs in the garage in the complex.

The house is accessible without stairs. There is a lift in the complex. At 50 metres from the complex is a very wide staircase that leads directly to the entrance of the shopping Mall where you can also take the bus stop and taxis. Restaurants also in the immediate vicinity.

The house is located 10 minutes from the beach. Supermarket and restaurants in the immediate vicinity as well as many entertainment options. There is also a golf course in the immediate vicinity for golf lovers.
