The Parque Santiago II complex is ideally located directly by the sea and at the same time on the shopping mile of Las Americas. All shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are conveniently within walking distance.
The apartment is equipped as follows:
The newly renovated, fully equipped American-style kitchen (hob with ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, as well as sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils) is separated from the living area by a breakfast bar. Behind it is the dining table, a sofa with 2 armchairs and a satellite TV.
From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the sea, the island of La Gomera, the mountains and the beautifully designed pool area, which is available to all guests. Use of the beautifully designed and heated saltwater pool is free of charge - ideal for families with children. Use of the sun loungers is subject to a fee.
On the upper floor, you will find another bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe with a safe and the newly renovated bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin with under-cabinet and a washing machine. Next to the bedroom, there is also a small room that can be used as a sleeping area for an additional child.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
Opposite the kitchen is a bedroom with 2 single beds and another satellite TV. The corresponding renovated bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin with under-cabinet, mirrored cabinet and a toilet.
