Description

Charming retreat at Casa Golfin in the sun-drenched south of Tenerife. Nestled in the peaceful community of Las Rosas, our private holiday home offers a place of relaxation and tranquillity.

Our spacious house extends over two floors and offers a generous living space of 90 square metres. On the inviting ground floor, you will find a beautifully and stylishly furnished living and dining area - ideal for cosy hours with your loved ones. The adjoining, well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need. A practical guest WC and a storage room with washing machine round off this floor of the house.

Enjoy your meals outside or simply sunbathe on the large south-west-facing terrace surrounded by exotic plants.

On the upper floor you will find two light-flooded, colourful bedrooms (with blackout blinds, of course). One of them is equipped with air conditioning, the other with a ceiling fan. The high-quality mattresses ensure your comfort.
Adjacent to the bedrooms is a carefully decorated bathroom with modern amenities.

Both bedrooms are equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes.
The larger bedroom also has a safe.

Please note that our house is a non-smoking house.
Smoking is permitted on the terrace.
Ashtrays are located in the living room cupboard.
