Beautiful holiday villa in Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain, Villa Oliva has everything you want and more. The villa is situated close to the athletic stadium, less than 15 minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Nerja, the famous Burriana beach.

From the living/dining room you have access to the beautiful terrace, barbecue area and private pool. The spacious terrace is one of the highlights of the villa and will offer you beautiful views to the mountains and Nerja. The private pool will let you enjoy a relaxing swim at any time of the day. We have table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers so you can enjoy the sun and the sunset with your family and friends.

The villa consists of 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom is located on the first floor and offers you a double bed and also a private balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The second bedroom is also on the first floor and has two single beds. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed. The spacious living/dining room will provide you with a large dining table and chairs, a comfortable sofa, TV with international channels and WIFI (available throughout the villa). The separate kitchen will provide you with all the essentials you may need during your stay: including dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, Italian coffee machine and washing machine. There are two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as in the living/dining room.

The nearest supermarket is 250 metres away on foot. The villa is only 45 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. Playa de Burriana is a long sandy beach located to the east of the town centre, with its promenade and where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. Not only is the beach close by, but the villa is only a 15-20 minute walk from the old town and the famous "Balcon de Europa".

Please note that it is only possible to access the house via a small flight of stairs.
In the accommodation there is a travel bed for small children (there is an additional cost) and a safety fence for the stairs (there is an additional cost) and a high chair.
