Our casa rural is like a small village. All houses are independent and have their own character and atmosphere and their own terrace. In addition, the following areas are for common use: parking, swimming pool (4×10m) with sun loungers and parasols, barbecue, a room with washing machine and ironing board and more terraces (breakfast, lounge) with beautiful views. In our garden you can relax, read, cool down ... in short, everything is prepared to enjoy the environment and nature with all its senses: smells, sounds, colours, tastes and sensations.
This house is an accommodation suitable for 2-6 people. It consists of a hall, a living room with sofa bed and fireplace, a separate kitchen with wine cellar and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are three separate bedrooms and a second bathroom. In addition, the house has a large private terrace. It is part of the small rural complex El Valle, which shares common areas: garden/terraces, swimming pool, barbecue and parking space with three other houses. The house has electric heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, fireplace, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery, hob, dishwasher, microwave, blender, juicer, espresso machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils for 8 people.
Our casa rural is located: - very close to las Alpujarras, 10 minutes; - 20 minutes from Granada, the historic centre and the Alhambra; - close to the Costa Tropical, 30 minutes. - only 45 minutes from the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada. Welcome to the best natural environment in Granada!
Additional facilities: There is also a sauna at the complex. This service is optional and not included in the price of the house; available upon request/reservation.
