This lovely 4 bedroom villa with private pool is in an excellent location, just seconds from the sea and within 10 minutes walk of Protaras centre and Fig Tree Bay.

Outside, the large garden and pool area provides plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and outside dining.

Inside, the villa is nicely furnished with modern decor. There is an open-plan sitting area, dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a W/C.

Upstairs, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 1 with twin beds. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is a family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower. A spacious outside balcony area offers sea views.

Satellite TV and free WiFi are provided and the villa has full air-conditioning.

Overall, an excellent villa for families or groups who want to be close to the resort centre and beach.
