Due to its hillside location, the flat has a wonderful panoramic view from the Magadino plain to Italy. In summer, the sun shines here until late in the evening. Only a few minutes by car to Locarno and Ascona.
5 minutes by car to the bakery, grocery shop and various restaurants.

15 minutes by car to the COOP shopping centre in Tenero.
