Upper floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), TV, digital TV and international TV channels. 1 room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Small balcony 5 m2, terrace 15 m2, south-west facing position, garden 50 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
