Small balcony 5 m2, terrace 15 m2, south-west facing position, garden 50 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 1 car).
