Living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed and 1 double sofabed (168 cm, length 195 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, toaster, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace 10 m2, south facing position. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking, garage at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The two queen-size bunk beds in the entrance area are equipped with a reading lamp and socket. Two modern automatic fans regulate the air exchange in addition to the window in this area. Partially covered south-facing terrace. Zell am See: Cosy apartment block "Holiday", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre, in a sunny position on a slope, 50 m from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 300 m, railway station "Zell am See" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Gondola lift 50 m, skisport facilities 300 m, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
