Simple apartment block "Las Olas". In a busy, sunny position, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. In the house: lift. Parking at the house. Supermarket 250 m, restaurant 50 m, bar, café 20 m, bus stop 200 m. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (9 hole) 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
