This unique property has 260 mts, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people, with the possibility of adding an extra sofa bed on request. On the first floor: We are welcomed by a large hall. The master bedroom en suite, 2x2 bed (king size), fireplace, satellite TV, sofa bed, comfortable desk, safe, and outdoor balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean. The bathroom is equipped with: double shower, two sinks, jacuzzi, w.c., bidet, hairdryer, hair dryer. bidet, hairdryer, and welcome toiletries for personal hygiene. The second bedroom has 2 beds, which can be joined together to make a double bed. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and equipped with shower, bidet and w.c. Access to the ground floor is via a large staircase illuminated by a glass ceiling. Here we find Living - Kitchen - Dining room, rooms openly connected, fully equipped; oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils, filter coffee machine and Nespresso. In this open area you can appreciate through the huge windows, the wonderful views of the village and the Atlantic. The outside terrace is south facing and has a wonderful swimming pool heated all year round, barbecue, garden set, sunbeds and sun loungers to enjoy the sun and from where you can appreciate a beautiful and peaceful view of the village and the sea. - There is parking for 2 cars HOUSE GALLERY EXPERIENCE: We have massage service at home, private chef (highly recommended) where you can taste the Canarian cuisine, in our villa, and in a personalized way, you will enjoy a lunch or dinner with all the ingredients and a bottle of wine included.
