The villa is located on the main road of Calpe, at the exit of Calpe in the direction of Moraira, past Mercadona.

The villa has 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people. Some rooms are set up as double rooms but can be divided into two single beds. All rooms except one have en-suite bathrooms. The accommodation has two full kitchens on the ground floor and on the first floor. Dining area, terraces and ample space. Air conditioning in all rooms. Two dining rooms and lounge. Parking space inside and outside the villa. Ideal for families and groups of friends or incentive business trips.

The outdoor area has a swimming pool with sunbeds and a gazebo with chairs and tables, Patio at the back and at the side.

Close to the promenade, on the main street at the end of Calpe, you can access restaurants and bars and Mercadona supermarket.
