This 2-bedroom flat close to the beach is located in a very well-kept house in the lower flat part of Puerto Rico, in the south of Gran Canaria, where the bathing season is all year round. It is comfortably furnished and includes a flat-screen TV, washing machine and microwave. Small appliances such as an iron, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. are also available. A safe is available for the storage of valuables. The living room has a balcony. The flat can sleep up to 4 people. A cot can be added if required.

The property is fenced and therefore also ideal for children. Thanks to an electronic lock, it is also inaccessible to strangers. A key safe in the entrance area of the house allows flexible arrival and departure around the clock. On request, a parking space can be provided in the underground car park, where you can park a hire car, for example. If required, we can offer a transfer service to and from the airport.

Costs for water and electricity are included in the rental price. For longer stays (4 weeks or more) we are happy to offer a discount. Please enquire.

The house is a 2-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the bus station and the town centre with many shops, restaurants, cafés and a large children's playground. The beach of Puerto Rico is a sandy beach and a lagoon with all the resulting advantages (no currents, no big waves, water temperature on average slightly higher than on beaches with open ocean, etc.). The sheltered location in the bay means that there is usually no wind. There are numerous shopping facilities and a 24-hour medical centre in the immediate vicinity.
