The house in Montepulciano has 6 bedrooms and has capacity for 12 people. Together with all modern technology the villa offers traditional beams, cotto floors all of which are rendered even more suggestive by the games of light coming from the wellness center.
Six luminous and stylish rooms overlooking the panorama, with ensuite bathroom with shower each, all well equipped with modern facilities and a lift that connects the two floors. The Villa accomodates a maximum of 12 guests.
Wellness Center with and internal swimming pool with its hydromassage, the turkish bath, the sensory showers that overlook our amazing garden, with the private swimming pool and a path of around one and a half kilometers for jogging or walking surrounds the Villa, all these things to take care of your body, mind and well being.
The villa is easily reached in as much as the ground floor has no stairs and there is a lift to get to the floor above (a lift which can accommodate a wheel-chair) and so all the rooms are considered suitable. Also the outside areas are considered suitable: for example, the pool is reached by a walkway, not a staircase. On the other hand, the bathrooms are not particularly suitable as all the bathroom accessories are the same.
Ground Floor
Entering the villa there is, to the left, a large dining room and well-equipped modern kitchen. To the right is the wellness-center and bathroom. The wellness center includes a heated pool with hydromassage, sauna, Turkish bath, all overlooking the splendid park.
On the ground floor there are also 3 elegant double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and showers.
First Floor
The upper floor includes another lounge room with kitchen and 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower. One bedroom is made up of two single beds and the other two have a double bed.
The furniture of the villa is an elegant mixture of antique and modern which guarantee maximum comfort and relax.

Breakfast along with continental-style breakfast and your preferred choices to the breakfast Chef, we daily provide bio yogurts, cereals, fresh fruits, fresh pastry from our laboratory, jams and creams, local cold cuts and cheeses, eggs. Other products vary upon seasonality since they are freshly picked from our bio-farm.

Centre de bien-être avec piscine intérieure avec hydromassage, bain turc, douches sensorielles donnant sur notre magnifique jardin, piscine privée et sentier d'environ un kilomètre et demi pour faire du jogging ou de la marche autour de la villa, tout cela pour prendre soin de votre corps, de votre esprit et de votre bien-être.
La villa est facilement accessible dans la mesure où le rez-de-chaussée n'a pas d'escalier et qu'il y a un ascenseur pour accéder à l'étage supérieur (un ascenseur pouvant accueillir un fauteuil roulant). Toutes les chambres sont donc considérées comme adaptées. Les espaces extérieurs sont également considérés comme appropriés : par exemple, la piscine est accessible par une passerelle et non par un escalier. En revanche, les salles de bain ne sont pas particulièrement adaptées car tous les accessoires de salle de bain sont identiques.

All diese Dinge, um Körper, Geist und Wohlbefinden zu pflegen.
Die Villa ist leicht zu erreichen, da das Erdgeschoss keine Treppe hat und es einen Aufzug gibt, um in die darüber liegende Etage zu gelangen (ein Aufzug, der Platz für einen Rollstuhl bietet), sodass alle Zimmer als geeignet angesehen werden. Auch die Außenbereiche gelten als geeignet: Zum Beispiel ist der Pool über einen Gehweg erreichbar, nicht über eine Treppe.
