Located 13 minutes from Barra beach, it's close to the best restaurants, markets and shops in the area! It's also just 18 minutes from the Olympic Park. In addition, you can access the cafeteria on the first floor which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an à la carte menu (please note, these services are not included in the daily rate).


🔵 CLUB MUNDO NOVO

At this club, approximately 30 meters in front of Residence Malibu, you'll have access to leisure facilities, a free ferry transfer to the beach, a gym and a swimming pool. An open space integrated with nature, ideal for relaxing and adventurous activities such as yachting, rowing, surfing and stand up paddle boarding lessons, as well as ferry and sailing trips on the Marapendi lagoon.

● Transfer to the beach to make it easier for residents to get to the pier. A 9-seater electric trolley leaves the condominium car park 10 minutes before the departure of each ferry. An additional 9-seater trolley is available at weekends and on public holidays, when the service is used more frequently.

● Pool opening hours: every day from 8am to 7pm, except Wednesdays when they are closed for maintenance. During the summer, there are extended pool opening hours. Please check special opening times during festive periods such as Christmas, New Year and Carnival.

● Gym: equipped with a 300m² weight room, exercise rooms and an indoor bike room. It is open Monday to Friday from 6am to 10pm, Saturdays from 8am to 6pm, and Sundays and public holidays from 9am to 1pm. HOUSE RULES

Services such as cribs, early check-in and late check-out may incur additional charges. If you have any questions, please contact us for further clarification.

In order for everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some of the house rules and notices:

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, but if you wish, you can leave it here at our office.

⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).

⚠️ The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided may not enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.

⚠️ When you leave the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.

⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival.
