There are also two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. Both bedrooms and living/kitchen area are air-conditioned. Each bedroom has a TV, and A/C. The terrace at the front of the house is perfect to enjoy al freco dinners.
Outside, there is a garden that features a swimming pool and a covered BBQ area with a large stone table. The garden and the pool are completely private with access only from the Casa Barbici entrance. Two parking spaces are available in the garden. The garden is fully fenced.
