Villa Tia consist of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, and can accommodate up to 10 people. Three bedrooms are with double bed, one is with bunk bed which is ideal for children, and one bedroom is with 2 single beds that can be combined into a double bed. All upstairs rooms have access to the terrace where there is a place to relax overlooking the pool. Upstairs are two bathrooms, one with a large bathtub, the other belongs to the master bedroom and the third bathroom with shower is on the ground floor.
The outdoor area offers a fenced garden with a large pool where you can relax and enjoy the sun. Next to the pool are deck chairs and umbrellas, a play area for the youngest and a wood barbecue. On the terrace is also a dining area where you can enjoy in your meals on fresh air. The whole building is air conditioned and covered with internet, parking is private and can accommodate 4 vehicles.
