Located 3 minutes from Ipanema beach, it is close to the best restaurants, markets and shops in the area! It is also just a 5-minute walk from the General Osório metro station.

Important: In order to ensure the most transparent communication possible, we would like to inform you that work is being carried out next to the accommodation, which may cause noise during your stay.

Note: The apartment building does not have a lift. To get there, you have to climb 4 flights of stairs.

To ensure everything goes well, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and warnings:

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your bags here at our agency.

⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
