Located 13 minutes from Barra beach, it is close to the best restaurants, markets, and stores in the region! It is also located just 18 minutes from the Olympic Park. Additionally, you can access the cafeteria on the first floor, which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with an à la carte menu (note, these services are not included in the daily rate).


🔵 NEW WORLD CLUB

In this club, approximately 30 meters in front of the Residence Malibu, you will have access to leisure facilities, free ferry transfer to the beach, gym, and swimming pool. An open space integrated with nature, ideal for relaxing and adventurous activities, such as sailing, rowing, surfing, stand up paddle, as well as boat and sailboat trips on the Marapendi lagoon.

● Transfer to the beach to facilitate residents' movement to the pier. An electric 9-seater shuttle leaves from the condominium parking lot 10 minutes before each ferry's departure. On weekends and holidays, when service usage is higher, there is an additional 9-seater shuttle.

● Pool operating hours: every day from 8 AM to 7 PM, except Wednesdays which are closed for maintenance. During summer, there is an extended pool operating time. Please check special opening hours during festive periods, such as Christmas, New Year's, and Carnival.

● Gym: it is equipped with a 300m² weight room, fitness rooms, and a covered bicycle room. It operates Monday through Friday from 6 am to 10 pm, Saturdays from 8 am to 6 pm, and Sundays and holidays from 9 am to 1 pm. Please check special opening hours during festive periods, such as Christmas, New Year's, and Carnival.

HOUSE RULES

Services such as: crib, early check-in, and late check-out may have additional charges. In case of doubts, please contact us for further clarification.

So that everything goes well, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ The front desk is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your bags here at our agency.

⚠️ It is not allowed to make noise after 10 PM (Noise Ordinance).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that all electrical equipment is turned off. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 3 PM and our check-out before 11 AM. If you want to ensure early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of towels per guest. Bed and bath linen exchange service can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24h before arrival.
