NOTE: In the interests of greater transparency in our communication, we would like to inform you that the windows of the accommodation overlook the interior of the condominium.

Services such as cribs, early check-in and late check-out may incur additional charges. If you have any questions, please contact us for further clarification.

In order for everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some of the house rules and notices:

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave it here at our office.

⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).

⚠️ The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided may not enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.

⚠️ When you leave the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.

⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.

⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished.

⚠️ All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival.
