Casa Antignana is a traditional Istrian stone house situated in the center of Tinjan,Istria, Croatia. It is a perfect place to be if you wish to live like a local. The cottage was rebuilt in 2012 in original style and made of traditional materials. The stone found on site is reused, old stairs are now turned into fireplace frame, old front wooden gate is still there ...Thick walls keep it relatively cool in summer. However, there are air conditioning units in each bedroom and a living area.The living room overlooks the garden and the pool. The house consists of an open kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a small bathroom with shower.
In the garden there is a pool with hydromassage, BBQ, table, chairs, sun beds and a sunshade. The high stone walls surround the property.The property is pet friendly.

Casa Antignana ist ein traditionelles istrisches Steinhaus im Zentrum von Tinjan, Istrien, Kroatien. Es ist ein perfekter Ort, wenn Sie wie ein Einheimischer leben möchten. Das Ferienhaus wurde 2012 im ursprünglichen Stil und aus traditionellen Materialien umgebaut. Der vor Ort gefundene Stein wird wiederverwendet, alte Treppen werden jetzt in Kaminrahmen umgewandelt, altes vorderes Holztor ist noch vorhanden ... Dicke Wände halten es im Sommer relativ kühl. Es gibt jedoch Klimaanlagen in jedem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnbereich.Das Wohnzimmer bietet Blick auf den Garten und den Pool. Das Haus besteht aus einer offenen Küche, einem Wohnzimmer und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche im ersten Stock. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Im Garten gibt es einen Pool mit Hydromassage, Grill, Tisch, Stühlen, Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm. Die hohen Steinmauern umgeben das Anwesen.Das Anwesen ist haustierfreundlich.
