Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 9 m2, roofed, east facing position, garden 700 m2. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
