Upper floor: living room. 5 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. 2nd upper floor: open, Studio with rooflight. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. 1 pet/ dog allowed. The ground floor bathroom is wheelchair-friendly. The double sofa bed on the ground floor can be booked as additional beds (extra). Late check in (after 21.00h) 100 Euro.

Casa Bulleri is a carefully restored villa in a panoramic position in the Chianti Classico region near San Casciano, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Its original structure dates back to the 16th century, from which the rectangular tower and the little chapel of the still-running farm have been preserved. The owner's villa and several annex buildings are located on the 30-ha property. Guests have private grounds with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool in a position with great view.
